Main Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team and handle administration work
• Responsible to handle client enquiries
• Mail handling and courier arrangement
• Other tasks as per management requirement
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• 1 year working experience, fresh graduate also welcome
• Experience in accounting or chartered secretary will be a great advantage
• Independent, well-organized, proactive, good communication & interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and proficient with Windows applications
• Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua & Cantonese
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, capable to meet tight deadlines
