Job description and responsibilities 

• Formulate and lead the on-site team day to day operational management
• Assist in facility maintenance and repair / coordinate small move for the office
• Assist in day-to-day operations (e.g. office supplies)
• Follow up related requests/issues raised through departments
• Assist in projects and warranty extension
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues independently
• Offer support to other business units and group functions

• Handle ad hoc assignments

Job Requirement

• F.5 or above , minimum 1 year relevant experience in operaton or  administration 
  
• Diploma or above qualification in Engineering or Business administration is a plus
• Proficiency in MS applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a must
• Strong sense of commitment analytical, dynamic and  ability to work under pressure
• Immediate available  is highly preferred.
