Job Description
Job duties:
- Manage all incoming telephone calls and take care of visiting guests
- Provide and support to HR & Admin Department, duties such as data entries, typing, filing and report analysis and company activities
- Outdoor work will be required occasionally
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements:
- DSE or above with around 1 year solid experience in Admin duties
- Pleasant with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn, self-motivated and service-oriented
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing
- Immediate availability is preferred
