Requirements:

• Diploma graduate or above
• Minimum of 2-3 years solid experience in receptionist/ office administrative duties
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills
• Well organized with a strong sense of responsibility
• Mature, self-initiative, energetic, multi-tasking, cheerful and hard working
• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a small administration team to ensure the daily smooth operation
• Perform full spectrum of office administration duties such as office supplies procurement and replenishment, equipment and facilities maintenance and vendor management
• Responsible for license renewal, office renovation and company events coordination
• Responsible for business trip arrangement, hotel and ticket reservation etc
