Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma graduate or above
- Minimum of 2-3 years solid experience in receptionist/ office administrative duties
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills
- Well organized with a strong sense of responsibility
- Mature, self-initiative, energetic, multi-tasking, cheerful and hard working
- Immediate available is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a small administration team to ensure the daily smooth operation
- Perform full spectrum of office administration duties such as office supplies procurement and replenishment, equipment and facilities maintenance and vendor management
- Responsible for license renewal, office renovation and company events coordination
- Responsible for business trip arrangement, hotel and ticket reservation etc
