- Handling receptionist duties, answering phone calls, arranging mailing orders, courier services and provide excellent customer services;
- Receiving and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel;
- Providing administrative support to HR & Admin Department;
- Assist to organize company activities, such as birthday parties, Christmas parties, Annual Dinner;
- Occasionally outdoor work will be required
Requirements
- Form 5 or DSE graduate
- With at least 1 year related working experience;
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel , Chinese Word Processing & Outlook;
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and well organized skill;
- Immediately available
