Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of daily office administrative support including but not limited to office supplies handling, office equipment & facilities maintenance, regular housekeeping, insurance & license renewal, etc
• Assist in office renovation project, office facilities and fixture repair and maintenance, etc
• Arrange printing matters, office stationery, and payment
• Supervise receptionists and cleaning ladies

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• 2 - 3 years solid Administration area experience
• With office renovation experience is an advantage
• Ability to deal with different levels of external business partners
• Ability to work independently and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua a plus
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Officer, Administration and Facilities Management
