Job duties

• Manage and oversee the operations to maintain operational efficiency
• Set Up protocol and ensure all clinic operations and procedures
• Organize marketing activities and dental talks
• Arrange manpower planning, monitor staff performance and train new staff
• In charge for inventory management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations management for medical/dental services
• Strong analytical skills to tackle challenges, good people management and team building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, responsible and detailed oriented  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good team spirit
• Good command in English (both written and oral), Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Word Processing
