Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to develop the qualitative and quantitative solutions and structure the value proposal to the clients;
• Assist manager in executing the merchant banking solutions, including cold call, negotiation, client relationship management, client due diligence and client audit;
• Prompt feedback the execution results to the Portfolio Management team and contribute the idea in solutions optimization;
• Conduct other ad-hoc supporting duties.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above.
• At least 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed;
• Strong sense of maturity, responsibility, integrity and attention to detail;
• Hunger for knowledge and strong desire to succeed within multi-cultural global teams;
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Cantonese and mandarin. Other Asian language a plus;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.
