Responsibilities:

• Participate in drafting ,revising and extending the strategic business planning for e-banking business
• Prepare analytic materials regarding e-banking strategy for management reference
• Carry out periodic market research including macro analysis and peer competition, and finish reports in a timely manner
• Assist in planning and implementing various marketing campaigns so as to achieve the targets assigned and departmental goals
• Closely monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing materials with the use of various analysis reports.
• Keep abreast of the market intelligence and identify business opportunities
• Consolidate key issues found in the development and conduct research projects accordingly
• Perform others tasks or duties assigned by Team Head

Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above in Management, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in banking industry with exposure to market research and business planning is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical skills, efficient, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office and PowerPoint
• High Chinese language standard (Simplified Chinese) and writing skills
• Excellent command of both written and verbal Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is a must
