Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market analysis from financial perspective
• Review and manage mortgage portfolio and plans
• Coordinate and analyze internal budgeting and financials
• Review and provide feasible solutions and scenarios
• Keep abreast and update record of market information and trends

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in financial analysis/ management accounting/ market research, preferably experience gained in real estate/ retail/ banking industries
• Supervisory/management level experience is preferred
• Strong business acumen with analytical mindset
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
