Relationship Manager – Structured Finance

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and grow a team’s portfolio of Structured Finance / Corporate Banking accounts;
• Executive structured finance deals, LBO, syndicated transactions and bilateral transactions by preparing credit meeting materials and credit applications;
• Develop banker customer relationship by cross-selling different banking products and services;
• Assist Team Head to liaise and contact banks and FI to develop structured finance and corporate banking opportunity;
• Uphold credit policy and lending guidelines, maintain a balanced approach to risk management;
• Coach the Assistant Relationship Managers on the daily operations.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent;
• 7 years’ corporate banking experience, at least 5 years’ experience as relationship manager with track record of large Rgional customers;
• Exceptional knowledge and skills in corporate banking products and credit analysis;
• Frequent travelling to China for business visit is required;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).

Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking, Large Corporate

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial accounts in alignment with the bank's strategy and vision;
• Maximize Bank’s return by implementing marketing activities which cover all aspects of corporate and commercial lending and preparing credit proposals;
• Develop banking relationships by cross-selling different banking products and services of the bank;
• Uphold credit policy and lending guidelines in order to maintain a balanced approach to risk management;
• Communicate with Operations, Compliance and Credit Department to provide seamless services to customers.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with good educational background;
• At least 6 years’ banking experience in commercial banking, at least 2 years’ experience as Relationship Manager role, with track records with HK customers;
• Good business network with the ability of acquiring new HK corporate; experience in the mid-cap sector is preferred;
• With a strong track record to work independently in providing corporate and commercial banking solutions (Syndicated loan, trade finance, revolving and term loans, cash management and treasury product) to customers;
• Sound understanding and experience in credit analysis & commercial lending;
• A team player with good communication skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Occasional travelling is required.

Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking

Responsibilities:

• Develop a team’s portfolio in corporate clients at lower midcap segment
• Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of corporate financial services in the areas of corporate lending, treasury, trade financing and other related banking products;
• Provide professional financial solutions and prepare credit analysis and proposals;

 Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent;
• 8 years’ banking experiences as relationship manager with good business network in corporate and commercial banking;
• With track record to work independently in providing corporate banking solutions to customers;
• Exceptional knowledge and skills in corporate banking products and credit analysis;
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; and
• Travelling to China for business visit is required.

Assistant Relationship Manager - Structured Finance, Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Managers to prepare credit application reports, presentation and loan reviews;
• Complete fundamental analysis, spreading and cash flow projections;
• Deliver KYC/ AML, structured finance deal execution, documentation and signing follow up;
• Review periodic loans and process waiver requests;
• Provide good customer services to clients and handle daily operational and administration works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent;
• At least 2-3 years’ banking experience, preferably in syndicated loans or credit monitoring areas;
• A good team player but able to work independently and work under pressure with good communication and presentation skills;
• Good academic background in finance and accounting, having passed certain level in CFA and/or ACCA is a plus;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Good English writing and communication skills, good spoken mandarin is a plus.

Assistant Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking (Large Corporate)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Manager to market corporate banking products, interview prospective clients and perform on-site visit;
• Prepare financial and business analysis, case presentation and credit application reports;
• Perform account opening, KYC/ AML related work, deal execution and documentation;
• Provide good customer services to clients and handle daily operational and administration works.

 Requirements:

• Degree in banking, finance and/ or accounting with good academic background;
• At least 2-3 years of banking experience, preferably in corporate / commercial banking with trade finance, syndicated loans and cash management with experience;
• A good team player but able to work independently and under work pressure with good communication and presentation skills;
• Good English writing skills and communication skills, good spoken mandarin is a plus;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Occasional travel is required.

Assistant Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking (Hong Kong / China Team)

Responsibilities:

• Handle the credit application reports and related credit administrative duties;
• Manage financial spreading and analysis, account opening and related services support;
• Assist to monitor and review loan condition periodically, and;
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as directed by Department Head or management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent;
• At least 2 year solid marketing experience in banking industry;
• Independent with good communication skills;
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; and
• Immediate availability is preferred.

 Assistant Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking (Taiwan Team)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Manager to market commercial banking products, to interview prospective clients and to perform on-site visit;
• Evaluate the financial condition of the clients, the value of pledged collateral, and the clients' management effectiveness and competency;
• Conduct credit assessment on client's financial request and to prepare credit proposals;
• Develop and manage customer portfolios as well as conduct regular credit reviews to maintain healthy loan portfolios; and
• Handle account opening and related services, maintenance and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent;
• At least 2-3 years solid marketing / credit experience in banking industry;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Immediate availability is preferred.
