• Report to the Board of Director;
• Supervise daily operation of Accounting Department;
• Preparation of management report;
• Preparation of financial forecasts and budget projections;
• Preparation of statutory financial statements
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing efficient financial procedures;
• Liaise with banks, lawyers, financial analysts, internal and external auditors;
• Enhance and implement internal control systems;
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations;
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or relevant professional accountancy bodies
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience in a sizable company with manufacturing and trading background, preferably with audit experience
• Risk management and listed company experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible, able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at different level
• High proficient in MS Office application (Excel and Word) and MYOB accounting systems
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin

• 具分析能力
• 獨立，積極主動，負責任，能夠獨立工作
• 有良好的溝通技巧
• 精通MS Office應用程式（Excel和Word）和MYOB會計系統
• 能操英語，中文和普通話
