Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing Fintech in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a 2nd line of defense Technology / Cyber Security Risk professional to join the team based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Assist department head to build up the framework, control and procedure for the firm and assess the technology risk and cyber resilience
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to perform and support evaluations of the firm’s cyber/tech capability maturity levels and offer recommendations for continuous improvement
- Provide second line, independent oversight of the firm’s cybersecurity and technology risk awareness program
- Conduct evaluations and provide technical assessments of cybersecurity and technology capabilities
- Conduct strategic reviews, stay current on emerging cyber/ tech threats and potential implications
Requirements
- At least 6-7 years of experience in cybersecurity/ technology risk/ IT or related field
- Experience in developing or implementing cybersecurity or technology capability
- Professional certification is an advantage (CISSP/ CISM etc)
- Experience in dealing with HKMA
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
