Responsibilities:

• Handling corporate finance assignments, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate advisory and other fund-raising activities
• Assessing potential deals, originating and executing new business transactions and maintaining client relationship
• Coordinating the work of other professional parties on the transactions 
• Communicating with regulatory authorities, including SFC and the Stock Exchange 
• Keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of in Corporate Finance gained from SFC listed sponsor with at least 1 completed IPO deal record
• Proficient in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Willing to travel
