Job Description

• Responsible for project management of assigned projects (on need basis), including project planning, research on financial analysis, presentation, modeling and evaluation activities, control and monitoring of project execution, risk management and progress reporting
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with multiple business lines to manage project process, monitor and handle foreseeable issues to ensure meeting the designated schedule, budget and required quality
• Attend overseas meetings and site visiting to ensure interactive communication and address business partner’s concern
• Review project issues with related internal teams for problem solving, improvement and prepare incident report with improvement action
• Consolidate experience and cases for project review or sharing regularly for continuous improvement of project process and delivery practice
• Ensure the project milestones to be completed on time, within agreed cost and meet the required quality standard

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline, preferably overseas educational background;
• At least 5 years’ relevant corporate-level project management experience in sizable companies/financial industries (preferably lead the overseas projects);
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Mature, good team player who is self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Sound IT knowledge, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Chinese Word Processing, etc.;
• Business travel is required.
