Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hotline Enquires
- Understand the needs of customers, advise customers of the most suitable mortgage plans
- Co-ordinate and work closely with banks and property brokers
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Sales/ customer service experience in the mortgage/ property/ financial services field is preferred but not mandatory
- Sales-oriented, good communication skills and a high level of initiative & integrity
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel is required
- Fluency in Putonghua and English
- Candidates with less experience/ fresh graduate will also be considered as Assistant Customer Service Executive
