Job Purpose

Perform maker role to prepare and administer standard loan documentation in compliance with the Bank's policy, guidelines and regulatory requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare facility letter, instruction letter and loan / security documentation
• Ensure to meet the service pledge of documentation process
• Follow up outstanding documentation items on timely basis
• Administer registration / release of charge documents in Hong Kong Companies Registry
• Handle assigned ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Post-secondary or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan document or loan processing
• Basic knowledge on Companies Ordinance and legal requirements for perfection of loan documentation
• Good knowledge and concept in retail banking products
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
