Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mortgage and personal loan proposals;
• Conduct interview with loan applicants;
• Conduct site visits/checks.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years work experience in similar job functions;
• Result oriented  vis-à-vis meeting the turnaround time for credit processing;
• Good communication and inter-personal skills;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
