Responsibilities:

• Formulate product strategy and develop business initiatives to achieve company objectives / targets
• Manage the entire product development life cycle with multiple stakeholders from initiation to post-implementation
• Keep abreast of the market situation and the government policies, from which identify business opportunities and recommend new initiatives/follow-up actions
• Understand the competitors’ business strategies and make responsive proposals to management
• Work closely with various partners to plan and implement the launching of new initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or other related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in banking industry
• Strong business acumen with excellent project management and problem solving skills
• Strong and effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Creative, outgoing and dynamic in new environment
