Key Responsibilities

• Perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review exercise.
• Ensure CDD documentations were complied with the external regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct negative news search and name screening of clients.
• Prepare for the trigger event review and enhanced customer due diligence documentation in case where necessary.
• Collaborate and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of CDD reviews.
• Ensures collected information is accurate and complete the CDD with assigned timeframe.
• Participate in special KYC/ AML projects and reviews. 

Requirements

• Secondary education or above.
• Minimum 1 year of branch operations/AML & CRS control related experience in retail/business banking.
• Basic understanding about bank account opening process or AML/CRS requirements will be a plus.
• Independent, responsible and detail-minded.
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
