- Based on company policy and laws of HK to take appropriate actions with flexibility to handle the delinquent or problematic accounts, which makes HKBN’s service stand in better proposition.

- Assist in handling risk management and fraud control
- To prepare monthly report and assist in profile analysis
- To liaise with external parties and internal departments for credit and collection issues
- To maintain good rapport with customers
- To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
The follow attributes will be valued…
- Form 5/ DSE above
- At least 1-year relevant experience, preferably experience in telecommunication industry
- Experience in customer service in telecom industry is highly preferred
- Good communication skill, responsible, detail-minded, organized and independent
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Officer - Credit and Collection
