Job Duties:

• Achieve individual profit target through dealing in major interest rate products　
• Maintain timely, professional, services of good quality, including quoting, managing orders of both internal and external clients, delivering market commentaries, etc.　
• Run the trading book of IR instruments, and establish good reputation in the interbank market　
• Maintain close interaction with treasury marketing team, provide market information, trade ideas, and educate client by classroom training when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably with major in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
• Holders of CFA, FRM or equivalent qualifications is preferred
• At least 6 years relevant experience in trading, with 4 years in Rates, with solid experience in IR products and treasury operations
• Strong market sense with prompt reaction to market changes
• Familiar with Bloomberg, Kondor+ and other Treasury Systems
• Good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent PC knowledge and skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
