Job Responsibilities:

• responsible for the processing and settlement of the financial transactions of the hold firm, Design and implement workflow and guideline to make sure that the business is administered in an efficient, controlled, risk-free and timely manner
• Monitor settlement team’s daily operations, including trade confirmation preparation, KYC, SI/ATI/STI handling, corporate actions, IPO and placement etc
• Liaise with external counterparties and internal departments on work processes and clearing operations
• Responsible for managing operation systems updates
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant experiences within the financial service industry
• Familiar with SFC regulatory requirements and related legal documents
• attention to detail, a strong customer service ethos
• Ability to multi-task effectively and excellent problem solving skill
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
