Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the remittance operations of  which covers inward remittance, outward remittance and check.
• Handle and override the transactions as authorized.
• Answer customer enquiries and provide quality services.
• Ensure all staff of the remittance operation fully comply with the rules and regulations, particularly in respect of AML activities.
• Liaise with various Departments and Branches in providing smooth remittance services.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above
• Sound knowledge in Remittance Business including usage in SWIFT and CHATS System
• Minimum 3 years experience in remittance with solid knowledge in payment execution and monitoring transactions with Anti-Money Laundering matters.
• Be a good team-player, proactive and self-motivated.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Good knowledge of Trade Finance and Settlement is an advantage.
