Responsibilities:

• This candidate will be responsible for originating, structuring, and closing factoring and asset-based lines of credit.  Deals sourced via network of financial institutions, regional banks, specialty finance companies, advisors, and online channels.
• Manage overall transaction execution processes related to opportunities originated, including counter-party negotiations and related communications.
• Conduct factoring survey, prepare Sales Ledger Analysis with detailed risk analysis and risk mitigation.
• Ensure fulfilment of all facility/debtor approval conditions required by Commercial Credit, Import Factor and/or Credit Insurer.
• Structure the required banking facilities and prepare proposal including credit/financial evaluation and cash flow projection analysis.
• Ensure proper and complete execution of facility documents.
• Monitor payment processing are properly performed and the prepayments are made within limit approved.
• Monitoring of credit limits utilisation, prepare periodic factoring credit control report and operational risk reports.
• Observe the established internal and statutory requirements formulating control systems and procedures and monitoring the effectiveness of such system.
• Perform due diligence/KYC on the prospective clients.
• Responsible for day-to-day client liaisons to achieve company’s revenue generate and active assets.

Requirements:

• BS in Finance / Economics / Marketing is preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience as a sales / marketing professional with financial industry experience with knowledge of factoring and asset-based loan solutions.
• Completion of credit training and/or financial management program with specialty finance company preferred.
• Participation with several industry specific such as commodity trade and financial trade is preferred.
• Knowledge of Trade Finance policies, practices in China is a MUST.
• Frequently travelling in Mainland China.
