Job Description

  • Perform and handle all spectrum of compliance / AML / CTF duties of the group;
  • Liaise with SFC, IA and other regulatory bodies for all compliance and licensing matters;
  • Conduct internal compliance review and control to ensure compliance operation policies are fully implemented and adhered at all times;
  • Work closely with Head of Compliance to develop, update and review policies, procedures and guidelines from the compliance perspectives with applicable rules and regulations;
  • Maintain good record keeping for any documents pertaining to compliance matters, meeting minutes and follow-up actions;
  • Undertake other duties as from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operation of the company.

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in business, finance, law, accounting or related disciplines
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience. Experiences in insurance broker & investment companies is a plus
  • Knowledge in financial industry is an advantage
  • Experience with local regulatory requirements
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills 
  • Result-oriented and excellent commitment to work
  • A good team player and be able to work with all levels of people
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to finish work on time
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered "Assistant Compliance Officer"
