Responsibilities:

• Manage account maintenance process (including electronic banking) and provide administrative support to sales team
• Oversee and coordinate various account maintenance activities, including account closure, additional accounts application, customer information update and electronic banking maintenance
• Assist clients to complete documentation pertaining to account maintenance requests  
• Handle both internal and external enquiries from stakeholders, including system access/entitlement, progress of maintenance requests and customer account information
• Manage and handle assigned administrative work
• Assist in ad-hoc projects pertaining to business needs

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• At least 1-year's relevant experience in banking or financial services industry
• Prior working experience in commercial banking support or operations is a plus
• Ability to provide administrative support in an organized and efficient manner
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and SharePoint
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong execution ability, multitasking and prioritization
• Service-oriented
