Our Client, an international bank, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Bank Teller/ Customer Service Officer in their retail banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Handlings counter transaction for cash, cheque, FX and referrals
• Provide customer enquiries with high quality service
• Promote the banking products to customer and refer to suitable persons
• Manage ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• 5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese, English and Mathematics subjects or above.
• University degree with Finance, Economic or Accounting is advantage
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Detail-oriented and good communication skills
• Willing to work under pressure and meet expectations
• Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
