Job Description
- Provide administration, technical support and maintenance on Veterinary Practice Management System, Inventory System, Database and other core business systems
- Windows servers and workstations
- Web based email system and Microsoft Outlook
- Coordinate and arrange technical support services for servers and Private Branch Exchange
- Troubleshoot Structured Cabling System for Voice, Data, and WiFi
- Server and Database backup and recovery
- IT procurement and inventory control
- Keep track of help desk and maintenance log
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Citrix, VMware, Microsoft SQL Server experience are added advantages
- Solid experience in Microsoft Windows platforms and Office family is preferred
- Networking knowledge on LAN and WAN environment
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- MCSE is preferred
