Responsibilities

• Handle appointments, enquiries and patients' registration
• Provide clinical support to doctor during consultation, examination and clinical procedures
• Follow up patients reports
• Assist clinic daily operation & drug dispense

 Requirements

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above with at least 2-year clinical experience
• Mature, pleasant, good telephone manner
• Good spirit of team-player with strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
• Willing to learn, hardworking and customer-oriented

• Good command of English (spoken & written) is necessary, and fluent in Cantonese and conversational in Putonghua

• Good command of Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
• Candidate with ENT experience is highly preferred

 Working hours: 5.5 days per week, Sunday & public holidays off
