Responsibilities:

• In charge of centre operation, staff management and general work flow.
• Closely monitor the daily operation activities.
• Understand clients’ requirements and address their concerns.
• Advise appropriate healthcare and beauty services according to clients’ needs.
• Guide and coach centre staff to achieve targets in terms of sales, customer satisfaction levels, and performance.
• Works closely with management team for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operation analysis and management reports.
• Establish, review and enhance the standard operation procedures.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years operational management experience in retail, beauty or healthcare centers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, patient, and have customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Good PC skills and knowledge in MS Office.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Good English.
