Responsibilities: 

• To co-ordinate of capital replacement works for E&M services
• Report the progress of maintenance works and schedule regularly to maintenance Supervisor
• Conduct analysis on the breakdown rate for E&M maintenance
• To prepare quotation or tender document and monitoring of contractors working progress
• To handle O&M contracts and maintenance / repairing / improvement / upgrading works
• To support property management team for handling on tenants’ request or complaint
• Perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call out duty as assigned

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in building services engineering or related disciplines
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
• At least 2 years’ experience in Property Management field and/ or Engineering field. Solid experience in handling repair and maintenance works on building services, tenancy work, major renovation work and relevant tender preparation and project management is preferred
• On hand experience in building maintenance work and E&M system Operations
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Good PC skills on AutoCAD and MS Office
• Responsible, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure
• More experience will be considered as Officer - Technical Services
