Responsibilities

• Identify potential property investment opportunities in Hong Kong and conduct full scale feasibility studies
• Conduct property portfolio reviews and enhancement studies
• Prepare investment reports, management reports and presentations
• Liaise with consultants in land matters and planning issues

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines with relevant professional qualifications
• Solid experience in valuation and real estate project appraisal
• At least 10 years' relevant experience with property developers or property consultants
• Familiar with building, planning and land policies in Hong Kong
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluent in Putonghua
• Highly motivated, well organized, excellent analytical skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
