Our skills include the expansive area of Architecture and Interior Design for which we are looking for candidates to join our design studios who are excited about working in a multi-disciplinary environment. We work throughout the Interior environment of Hotel, Residential, Office, and Retail projects for which we now seek candidates.

We are seeking a high-calibre staff to join our Landscape Department.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Project Director and Designers to manage and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of landscape architecture projects;
• Help review and ensure design standards and project deliverables are met with satisfactory quality standards at every stage;
• Assist in contract management and negotiation;
• Responsible for client liaison and communications;
• Manage project resourcing and finance;
• Be able to make presentations to the client whenever necessary;
• Liaise and mentor young designers in the project team.

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture;
• Any Registered Landscape Architect under IFLA preferred;
• Minimum 7 years of relevant design experience in landscape architecture on both Hong Kong and mainland China projects;
• Overseas exposure would be an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and communicate with the professional disciplines;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and InDesign, experience with other softwares such as Rhino or BIM would be an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated.
