Job Description
Job Description:
- Secure sales and works contracts with sales support / project team
- Participate in preparation and execution of product and project presentations and bidding
- Execute and manage sales and works contracts with project team
- Report and analyze sales trends and market needs
- Both indoor and outdoor work (e.g. sales meetings and site visits) are required
Qualifications and other requirements:
- Certificate or above in Building Studies or Architectural or related discipline
- Good command of both written English and Chinese
Working Experience:
- 1 year or more full-time work
- Preferably in architectural products, building services or related fields
- Project/contract management and site work experience an advantage
Reporting to:
- Sales Manager
Salary and remuneration:
- HK$ 20,000 or above depending on the seniority of the position offered
Others:
- Availability of the position: Immediate
- Location of work: Sheung Wan
- Work days: 5 per week
