Requirements:

 -Degree holder or above, major in Construction Project Management / Building Services / Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent

-Overall 8 years solid working experience on construction / equipment installation industry in which at least 2 years working experience in managerial level

-Chartered Engineer of HKIE or equivalent in Mechanical or Building Services with 2 years post qualification experiences  

-Sounds knowledge on tender submission and contract administration

-Proficient in Auto Cad, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

-Good leadership skills and communication skills
