Responsibilities:-

• Project design and drafting, with the following abilities & skill set;
• Supervise interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion,
• Project scheduling,
• Coordination with sub-contractors and vendors,
• To provide assistance to Project Managers to;
• Preparation of quotation and budget monitoring,
• Site work coordination,
• Liaising with clients/customers, consultants and landlords,

Qualifications : -

• Proficiency in using AutoCAD is required,
• Diploma / Certificate in Interior/building studies or related disciplines,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work independently & under tight schedules and pressure,
• Good command of written & spoken English / Cantonese. (Mandarin will be an advantage),
• Planning and scheduling, site coordination and contract administration (prior experience in retail industry will be an advantage).
• Prior experience in design, drawings and fitting out works procedures will be an advantage
• Working experience in fit-out works, furniture production for both commercial and residential projects will be an advantage
• Able to travel upon request,
• Immediate availability is preferred,
