Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for Maintenance interim payment
• Preparing of the bill of quantities
• Liaise with internal departments in respect of the progress and contracts.
• Negotiation with client for relevant administration
• Provide Administration Section with all necessary information on the warranty, guarantee, bond, insurance and feedback on the follow up actions
• Maintain proper filing system
• Assisting the Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor on a range of tasks

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ of related practical experience
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS office
• Highly organized and detail minded
• Good interpersonal, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure and result oriented
