Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for tendering document review, estimation and submission;
• Cost analysis & control and contract administration;
• Valuation of variation works & variation measurement;
• Prepare IP Application to Client;
• Measure work done of sub-contractors payment;
• Liaison with client, sub-contractors, suppliers on tender & contract issues;
• Taking off, preparing measurement for purchasing materials & payment application
• Ad hoc job

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Experience in waterworks is essential for Quantity Surveyor and preferable for Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience with NEC is preferable for Quantity Surveyor.
• At least 5-10 years QS experience, less experience will consider as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
