Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing feasibility studies, investment & marketing proposals and tender projects
  
• Obtain property information records & maintain database systems
• Provide administrative support to the Department 
• Carry out and-hoc project assigned by supervisors
• Occasional outdoor work is required 

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above in Estate Surveying, Estate Management, Real Estate
• Experience in property field will be an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications & Chinese word processing
• Good Command in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good interpersonal skill, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility & able to work under pressure
• Estate Surveying student will also be considered.
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Project Officer
