Responsibilities

• Project Management of projects and professional assignments. Projects will include new build, A&A and fit out works including in live operating business environments.
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage related issues on multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirements.
• Strong personal incentive to perform with an emphasis on program, quality, contractors’ performance and safety including recommending and implementing corrective action.
• Deliver the agreed scope of works (inclusive of contract administration if required) including the leadership and management of meetings
• Lead and manage overall quality, schedule, budget, resources and risk management control throughout the project life cycle

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree holder in Building, Project Management or equivalent Construction or Engineering discipline
• Professional accreditation preferable (RICS, CIOB etc)
• Minimum 8 years experience with construction projects in Hong Kong including site management experience
• Strong management, communication and problem solving skills
• Well-organised, ability to prioritise and to take ownership to accomplish deadlines
• Experience in A&A works and new building works is essential
• Able to work under pressure, work as a team as well as working independently
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential.
• Experience in using MS Project is essential
