Requirements:

• At least 3 years solid experience in building portfolio management
• Experience in working out building’s staff duty roster planning necessary
• Good education with certificates in related disciplines
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of English
• Necessary to attend meetings at night
• Salary will commensurate with job experience and qualifications
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Officer
