Responsibilities: 

• Handle full sets of accounts and preparation of monthly financial and management reports
• Manage accounting operations including financial control and cash flow
• Perform financial reporting and analysis for reviewing financial performance of the group and subsidiaries
• Liaise with auditors and other professionals in annual audit, tax and company secretarial filing
• Ad hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Qualified Accountant, member of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in full set accounting, at least 2 years’ experience in managerial level
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation in Hong Kong
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, well-organized with good analytical mind
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge in general company secretarial matters is an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred
