The Finance Manager will report to Head of Finance and work together with other finance managers to oversee the smooth running of the entire finance function and will report directly to the Head of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all financial matters, month-end closing, accounts reconciliation and journal entries for all regions (HK, Singapore, Taiwan, China, UK) with other Finance managers
• intercompany billing and reconciliation
• responsible for fixed assets registration
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable including follow up outstanding invoices, make payment.
• Handle consultant’s expenses claims 
• Assisting in monthly Payroll for all offices, including enrol MPF/CPF and send payslip
• Responsible for Contractor onboarding process and payroll
• Calculating and review consultant’s commission and profit share
• Assisting with weekly Pipeline and Forecast
• Monitoring cashflow
• Prepare financial and analytical reports for management
• Assist to review, monitoring and managing yearly budgets
• Prepare and review quarterly VAT/GST submission.
• Revise and review Terms and Conditions signed with clients 
• Prepare and manage yearly audit and liaison with auditors and bankers 
• Ensure appropriate controls are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Responsible for company tax and statutory compliance matters and tax filling.
• Work closely with HR team on company’s financial policies and procedures and other ad hoc HR matter such as apply visa for consultants and set up new joiner
• Assist and engage in new system implementation
• Support basic administrative works and perform other ad-hoc projects as requested 

Requirement: 

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, Qualified Accountant with ACCA/HKICPA or final stage.
• 5-6 years accounting experiences with MNC , preferable in recruitment industry
• Independent, multitasking, strong analytical and presentation skills and sense of responsibility.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and some basic Mandarin language is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Xero system is highly preferred.
• Singapore/China /Taiwan accounting experience and relevant tax knowledge will be a plus.
• Ability to work cross-border with colleagues from other cultures and backgrounds
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level
