Job Description

• Cost and price customer menus and catering services
• Understand menu concepts, recipes and unit operation
• Consolidate information from different departments for accurate pricing
• Involve in Meal Presentations pricing and coordination
• Assist in developing the pricing strategies for catering and compile menu recipes as required
• Maintain information in Computer System
• Monitor and predict the F & B cost on a regular basis
• Review the F & B purchasing and inventory record from each outlet
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required and assigned by supervisors

 Job Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality, Finance, Statistics or Business related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in catering, hotel industry
• Computer literate with excellent proficiency in MS Office Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to work under pressure
