Responsibilities:

• Lead accounts receivable team and review the task of subordinates
• Handle month-end closing journal entries
• Handle daily receipts from customers and prepare DN/CN upon request
• Monitor debtors ageing closely and follow up with sales teams
• Assist month-end closing activities including preparation of financial and management reports, budgeting and variance analysis
• Handle inter-company transactions reconciliation
• Review current system and workflows related to sales and accounts receivable in order to strengthen internal control procedures & streamline processes
• Perform any ad-hoc projects/assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience (accounts receivable) in a sizable company with manufacturing and trading background, experience from MNC company is preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at different levels
• Able to work in a fast pace working environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Chinese Word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Putonghua
