Purpose

Assist to prepare financial statements of SHOIL group and other companies assigned by direct supervisor.

Responsibilities

1. To Prepare the following accounting:

• Receipt vouchers, cheque payments and related payment vouchers
• Journal vouchers
• Cash position statement
• Debit notes
• Bank reconciliation statements
• Breakdowns for account balances

2. To perform other accounting duties as instructed by supervisors

Requirements

• Form 6 graduates or above
• 5 years relevant experience in handling full sets bookkeeping
• Consolidation experience preferred but not essential
• Minimum LCCI Level 3 Certificate in Accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin
