Responsibilities: - 

• Assist in leading operation team, develop teamwork and motivate them to deliver excellent services to all functions
• Perform daily routine accounting duties, including month end closing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial analysis
• Review various monthly reports of companies in Hong Kong
• Ensure accounting records are complied with internal policy and statutory requirements
• Assist in annual budget and audit preparation
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements: -

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines, ACCA/HKICPA Finalist or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese & English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and always drive for improvement
• Hands on experience in ERP systems, knowledge on SAP will be an advantage
