Job description

岗位职责描述

1.  Be responsible for finance operation and business support of YTO HK

负责圆通香港公司财务运营和业务支持工作

2.  Handle contract audit, vendor assessment and G&A reimbursement etc.

负责合同审核、供应商评审、各类管理费用报销等流程操作

3.  Handle monthly GL closing in NC

负责财务报表的月结工作

4.  Monitor the AR outstanding closely and join in the collection of overdue AR

对应收账款进行监控和参与逾期坏账追讨

5. Compile management reporting periodically, analyze the performance of business operation from finance perspective and report to headquarter periodically.

定期编制管理报表，对公司财务运行状况进行分析，并定期向集团总部汇报当地公司财务及业务运行状况。

Qualification of position

岗位任职资格

1. Good English language ability including listening ,speaking, reading and writing

良好的英语能力，包括听、说、读、写

2. Have working experience in logistic industry would be a plus

具有物流行业工作经验者优先考虑

3. Have knowledge and experience of SAP would be a plus

具有SAP使用经验者优先考虑

4. CPA qualification would be a plus

具有CPA资格者优先考虑

5. Work in finance field no less than 3-5 years , international accounting and tax compliance practice would be a plus.

  3-5年以上财务相关工作经历，具有一定的国际会计和税收合规经验者优先考虑

6. Bachelor above degree with finance related background

 本科以上学历，财务相关专业
