Job Description
Responsibilities
- To ensure accurate and timely month and year end closing
- To handle year-end audit process including liaise with auditor and review of audited financial statements
- To prepare consolidated budget, forecast and presentation package
- To process and manage all bank payments to investors and vendors
- To provide accurate analysis of project expenses from the accounting system
- To review and control expenditure across various development projects
- To review and report on projects to investors and lenders
- To forecast project cash flow as accurately as possible.
- To review and control Accounts payables and manage cash flow for parent company and subsidiaries
- To prepare management accounts for each project development
- To manage the corporate governance issues for the company
- To ensure compliance of sites with relevant financial and statutory regulations
- To manage the team and be responsible for their development and performance appraisal
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years' relevant experience, preferably gained from PRC based company
- Experience in property investment company is a big advantage
- Qualified Accountant is highly preferred
- Strong in consolidation and financial reporting
- Familiar with various financial systems
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Able to work independently & be a strong team player
- Think positive and can work under pressure
- Meticulous, tactful, hardworking, and possess good interpersonal skill
